This page can be used as the data deletion and support resource for Astrology & Tarot by Larisa. The website itself does not keep an app account or reading history; local app profile, birth details and reading history are managed on the device.
To remove local history, use the archive/history clearing options inside the app or clear app data from device settings. This affects records stored on the device; Google Play purchase history and online wallet records may require a separate support request.
If you signed in with Google or used the coin wallet, paid AI readings, premium deck unlocks or purchase restoration, online account data may be stored. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the in-app support/data area or the Play Store support channel. Only the information needed to verify the account and complete the request is requested.
After account deletion is completed, personal account links, notification records, active session links, support notes and removable content are deleted or anonymized. Some wallet, purchase, refund and security records may be retained in anonymized form for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance and user support.
Google Play purchase and refund history is managed through the user’s Google account and Google Play. Larisa does not store full payment card information, but may keep purchase and coin transaction records to manage coin entitlement and refund workflows.
